We are available by appointment only Tuesday through Saturday, and do not accept walk-ins.

Cash, check, Visa, Amex and Mastercard are all accepted.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged for the FULL price of the service booked. When canceling your appointment, please follow the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If for any reason this doesn't work, please call us at
510-268-9500 to cancel and reschedule.
Please do your best to notify us in advance that you are unable to show up for your appointment! No shows will be charged a 100% cost of the services you originally booked.
Late For Your Appointment?
If running late, please give us a call at 510-268-9500. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please note that when you are late, you will be charged for any and all services that were booked, even if the time was reduced.
Children and Guests
Sorry. No kiddo's. ;-) Out of respect for others in the clinic, privacy and liability purposes, children are not allowed during your visit. Please pre-arrange childcare so you can fully relax and enjoy your appointment with us.
We are happy to provide services to those with disabilities. Our retail location is located on ground level, however, one of our two treatment rooms is located on the second level. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, please call us at 510-268-9500 to book your appointment in the downstairs treatment room.
We also ask that you have someone to assist you onto the treatment table if needed. Please inform us of any special needs so we can prepare ahead of time, and contact us with any further questions.
